I had just accepted a new position here, left my wife Sherree to ready and sell our Florida home, packed my car and headed out to Colorado for our new adventure. It’s important to note that Phil was recommended as the person to work with. The fact that he was recommended, spoke volumes for us. Before I had the chance to leave, Phil was there calling to introduce himself.
Our first challenge was to find temporary housing, Phil was there! With a roof over my head, Phil had his work ahead of him having to work with me directly and over the phone with Sherree. We decided that I should video the homes Sherree found appealing online through Phil’s online MLS tool. Well, needless to say, Sherree is “Totally” a visual person; and with that, Phil was able to narrow our search down to a few before she arrived here.
